Therefore, we have the following policies to protect and improve your experience at our spa.


Booking Policy

In order to respect your time and make sure that all clients have the appointment times they deserve, we kindly request a 25% service downpayment upon booking for all services over $40.


Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment.  In the case of tardiness, we understand that life can happen and will do our best to honor all appointments showing up less than 15 minutes late.

For appointments that are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you.  You will still be charged the full price of the appointment, however, and it may be abbreviated to stay within the scheduled appointment period.
